I am a queer and non-binary sexologist (OPSQ license #202606-059). I work with adults of all ages to help them with sexual or relationship difficulties. I am to create a comfortable, laid-back and welcoming environment where you can be yourself. My approach is feminist and anti-oppressive. That means that in our work together, your identity and life experiences are important, and I recognize that you may be facing certain barriers that are outside of your control.

It’s also important to me to center your needs, preferences and goals – my role is to support you without making decisions for you. I aim to do this through a non-judgemental, collaborative and transparent approach. Confiding in someone and asking for help is difficult, and the process of consulting a professional can be confusing and emotionally taxing, so I am happy to explain, slow down, or adjust my approach as needed.

If you are hoping to make changes in your life and aren’t sure where to start, or are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I would be happy to hear from you and discuss whether we could be a good fit.

Situations I can help with:

  • Navigating relationship conflict or doubts
  • Anxiety and avoidance in/about relationships
  • Self-esteem, boundaries and assertiveness
  • Difficulties with sexual desire or libido
    • Low, absent or decreased desire
    • High or increased desire
    • Navigating mismatched desire in relationships
  • Sexual pain
    • Genito-pelvic pain disorder (also known as vaginismus, dyspareunia, etc.)
    • Pain due to other conditions or injuries
  • Early ejaculation
  • Erectile difficulties

Who I work with

I am particularly interested in working with folks who, when they tried to find solutions in the past, felt misunderstood or unseen by online advice, self-help books or the professionals they consulted. For example, you might feel like nothing you’ve found really fits you, or like you can’t find any satisfying answers.

My clients include:

  • Members of the queer/2SLGBTQIA+ community
  • People of colour and people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Disabled and neurodivergent people

I also have experience working with people who have been through housing instability, homelessness, drug use and addiction, criminalisation and mental health problems. These experiences can play a major role in your relationships and sexuality even if they are in the past. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing these parts of yourself and to offer tools and resources that fit you.

Ready for the next step?

If you’d like to work with me or want to know more, feel free to contact me. I offer free 15-minute consult calls so we can briefly discuss what you’d like to work on, any questions you have, and whether we might be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
